Troubleshooting
A
Are the communication cables connected correctly? Confirm the wiring and connect the cables
correctly.
Refer to
"2-2 N-410 Connections and Wiring" (Page 2-5) for more information.
If communications are not working despite the cables being connected correctly, the settings on
this device do not match the settings on the connected device. Confirm the following points.
• Do the communication settings on this device match those on the connected device?
• Do the communication settings on the connected device match those on this device?
Refer to
Chapter 3 "N-410 Settings" (Page 3-1) for more information.
If the connection settings are unclear, press and hold the TEST button for 8 seconds to initialize the
communication settings.
