Using Useful Fax Functions
The machine has various fax functions as follows.

Print reports/lists
Press the left
Function
button on the fax standby screen to select Print reports/lists
in FAX
menu. The various kinds of reports or lists can be printed.
This section shows a sample of the Activity report and Telephone number list.
Activity report
Prints the history of sent and received faxes. The machine prints an Activity report after every 20
transactions by default.
Telephone number list
TEL number registration
Press the left
Function
button on the fax standby screen to select TEL number registration
in
FAX menu. The numbers below can be registered. Each registration can also be performed on a
computer using Speed Dial Utility supplied with the machine.

One-touch speed dial: Registers a frequently used fax/telephone number for a one-touch speed
dial.
Coded speed dial: Registers a frequently used fax/telephone number for a coded speed dial code.
Group dial: Registers two or more fax/telephone numbers for a group dial.
Rejected numbers: Registers a fax/telephone number for rejection.
