Settings for Special Copy
Settings for Special Copy
1. Make sure that the machine is turned on.
2. Press the COPY button.
3. Load paper.
4. Load the original document on the Platen Glass or in the ADF.

For details on the types and conditions of originals which you can copy, refer to Loading Paper /
Originals .
5. Press the left Function button.
6. Use the button to select the copy method, then press the OK button.
Select the function that you want to use, then follow the on-screen instructions.
Note
To cancel Special copy settings or return to the standard copy screen, press the COPY
button
or the Stop button. To cancel 2-on-1 copy or 4-on-1 copy settings or return to the standard copy
screen from 2-on-1 copy or 4-on-1 copy, select another mode, then press the COPY
button.
When you use useful copy functions, you cannot select some of the options for the
magnification/page size/media type/intensity settings. If the setting items cannot be specified in
combination, Error details is displayed on the LCD. In this case, press the left Function button
to confirm the message, then perform settings again.
