Firmware update, invalid firmware
Can be parameterised as:
E/W/-
Diagnostic memory: optional
The firmware update process could not be performed. The firmware version is incompatible with the
hardware used.
•
Ascertain the version of your hardware. You can ascertain the compatible firmware versions and
download the appropriate firmware from the Festo website.
–
For parameterisation as an error: The error can only be acknowledged after eliminating the cause.
Parameterisable error response(s):
A
–
For parameterisation as a warning: The warning disappears if a new FW download process is
started.
2Dh
I²t warning motor
Can be parameterised as: -/
W/I
Diagnostic memory: optional
The I²t integral is up to 80% full.
•
You can parameterise this message as a warning or suppress it completely as information.
–
For parameterisation as a warning: The warning disappears if the I²t integral is below 80%.
2Eh
Index pulse too close on proximity sensor
Can be parameterised as:
E/-/-
Diagnostic memory: optional
The switching point of the proximity sensor is too close to the index pulse. In some cases, this can
mean that no reproducible homing position can be determined.
•
Observe the special section 6.4.5 for this error.
•
Move the homing switch/limit switch to the axis. You can display the distance between the switch
and index pulse in the FCT.
–
Acknowledgement option: Error can only be acknowledged after eliminating the cause.
Parameterisable error response(s):
B, C, E, F
2Fh
Following error
Can be parameterised as:
E/W/I
Diagnostic memory: optional
The following error is too large. This error can occur during positioning and speed modes.
•
Enlarge error window.
•
Acceleration, speed, jerk or load too high? Mechanics stiff?
•
Motor overloaded (current limitation from I²t monitoring active?)
–
For parameterisation as an error: The error can be acknowledged.
Parameterisable error response(s): B, C,
E, F
–
For parameterisation as a warning: The warning disappears if the following error is back within the
permissible range.
