Details: Displays information on storage pools of the groups under the user group to which the
logged-in user belongs. Different from Summary in that you can view only the parent group
information or the child group information rather than both at the same time.
When Details is selected (see
), the User Group button used to specify a user group, the
Plan button used to specify an allocation plan, and the Show Information button used to show
information are displayed.

When Details is selected, set the User Group according to the contents that you want to display.
•
User Group: You can view information on storage pools of the specified user group, including the
groups belonging to the user group. Select a desired user group from the pull-down list.
•
Plan: You can view information on storage pools applicable to the specified allocation plan. Select a
desired allocation plan from the pull-down list. For details about allocation plans, see section
NOTE:
When the Details button is clicked in Plan, the detailed information on the allocation plan
specified in Plan is displayed.

After specifying User Group and Plan, click the Show Information button (see
). The storage
pool information for each storage subsystem is displayed according to the following scope:
•
Storage pool information for the child group contents of the user groups set by User Group
•
Storage pool information set by User Group
•
Storage information for child groups, including grandchild group content
IMPORTANT:
The sum of the storage sizes of new groups and child groups, including the contents
of grandchild groups, equals the sum of new groups, including child groups. However, if there are
multiple child groups, and if the access scope of the child groups overlaps, the contents of new
groups and child groups, including the contents of grandchild groups, are larger than that of new
groups, including child groups. For details, see section
.
NOTE:
When you click the Show Information button of Storage Pool Per Subsystem (Including
Size of Child Groups) - child-group-name, the Analyze Per Subsystem - Storage Pool subwindow
toggles between the child group storage pool information with and without grandchild group
contents.
