9-2 Viewing an Allocation Plan
In the Show Properties - PlanName subwindow, you can view an allocation plan.
To view an allocation plan:
1. From the navigation frame, click Provisioning Plans.
2. Click Allocation Plans, located in the navigation frame immediately below Provisioning Plans. The method
frame displays the Allocation Plans subwindow. The information frame displays the List Objects -
Allocation Plans subwindow (see
Figure 9-1 ).
3. In the List Objects - Allocation Plans subwindow, choose a plan name in the Name column. The method
frame displays the plan-name subwindow. The information frame displays the Show Properties - plan-
name subwindow (see
Figure 9-2 ).

9-3 Changing Allocation Plan Security Levels
In the List Objects - Allocation Plans subwindow, you can change the security level for allocation plans. Two
types of security levels are available:
• Public: An allocation plan that is open to all user groups. All user groups can view and use the allocation
plan. Only the user group to which the user that created the allocation plan belongs and higher-level user
groups can update or delete the allocation plan or change the security level.
• Private: An allocation plan that is open to the user group to which the user that created the allocation plan
belongs and it’s above user group only. Only the user group to which the user that created the allocation
plan belongs and higher-level user groups can view, use, update, and delete the allocation plan or
change the security level.
