KARF40004-E An attempt to acquire the Provisioning
Manager server information has failed. Cause: A connection to the Provisioning Manager
server could not be established.
Action: Check the status of the Device Manager
server service.
KARF40005-E An exception occurred in the servlet. Cause: An error occurred in the GUI servlet.
Action: Contact the Support Center.
