When you click the Allocation Plans link, a subwindow for starting allocation plan management is
displayed in the method frame and information frame.
PlanName
When you click on the left of the Allocation Plans link, a PlanName is displayed.
When you click a PlanName link, a subwindow for starting deletion or editing of an allocation plan is
displayed in the method frame and information frame.
(5) Transaction Logs
When you click the Transaction Logs link, a subwindow for starting transaction log management is
displayed in the method frame and information frame.
2-5-3 About the Method Frame
The method frame lets you select details of the operation you want to start. When an item is selected, a
subwindow is displayed in the information frame. A pop-up dialog box might appear instead.
The common items are described below:
• subwindow-name
Displays the subwindow name. In this manual, a subwindow refers to a window displayed within a frame.
• method-name
Displays the method name. In this manual, a method refers to an item used to start an operation. When
selected, either a new subwindow is displayed in the information frame, or a pop-up dialog box is
displayed.
2-5-4 About the Information Frame
The information frame shows a table containing information necessary for various settings. Figure 2-8 shows
the subwindow example displayed in the information frame.

Items used in common among windows are described below:
• Object address: The displayed frame indicates which object is selected in the navigation frame. The
object address displays the hierarchy from the root object (Provisioning Manager) of the navigation frame
to the selected object, separated by the right angle bracket (>).
For example, when the Host_C is selected in the navigation frame, the following is displayed:

• subwindow-name: Displays the subwindow name. In this manual, a subwindow refers to a window
displayed within a frame.
• Help: Displays Help, which lets you view details about items in the relevant frame.
