cvxpaegetlogs command storage location

cvxpaegetlogs command format
The format of the cvxpaegetlogs command is as follows:
Common-Component-installation-folder\bin\cvxpaegetlogs /dir directory-name /type
application-name /arc archive-file-name

Arguments
dir
directory-name
Specifies the name of the directory into which log files are to be collected.
type
application-name
Specifies the name of the application that collects log files. To collect Device Manager’s log files,
specify DeviceManager as the application name. If no application type is specified, all Web
applications registered as Command View XP AE Suite common components can be applied.
arc
archive-file-name
Specifies the name of the archive file to be created. When this parameter is omitted, cvxpae_logs
is assumed. When an archive file is output, the extension .jar is added to the file name.

cvxpaegetlogs command usage example
To collect the Device Manager log, use the command as follows:
common-component-installation-directory\bin\cvxpaegetlogs /dir desired-
directory /type DeviceManager
11-3-2-2 Batch Collection Tool for Host Error Information (TIC)
If an error occurs on a Device Manager agent, you can use the error information batch collection tool
(TIC: Trouble Information Collector) to collect the log files and system information necessary for error analysis
from the environment of the Device Manager agent.
NOTE:
To use TIC, you need to log on as a user who has Administrator or root access privilege. A path to
Java whose operation is guaranteed must be available. Move the storage location of the TIC command (for
example, by using the cd command), and then execute the TIC command.

TIC command storage location
The TIC command is stored in the following location:
