Configure the bridge instance‘s IGMP Snooping flags

where:
eth bridge igmpsnooping config [brname = <{bridge}>]
[state = <{disabled|enabled}>]
[floodrp = <{disabled|enabled}>]
[floodmcast = <{disabled|enabled}>]
brname The name of a bridge instance OPTIONAL
state Enable/Disable the IGMP Snooping OPTIONAL
floodrp Enable/Disable flooding reports to all ports OPTIONAL
floodmcast Enable/Disable flooding unregistered multicasts OPTIONAL
