Add a local DNS host.

The name of the IP host to be added.
REQUIRED
addr
The IP address of the host.
OPTIONAL
ttl
A number between 0 and 2147483647 (seconds).
Represents the lifetime of the host.
The default is
0
(in other words, no limit on the lifetime).
