Add a DHCP Option Code to the Parameter Request List.

intf The name of the dynamic interface. REQUIRED
option The name or number of the option. OPTIONAL
index The index of the option. OPTIONAL
dhcp client iflist List all the DHCP leases attached to dynamic interfaces.
