dhcp server lease list
List all the DHCP server leases.

clientid The DHCP client identification string of the DHCP lease.
Note If not specified, the DSHCP server leases for all the
DHCP clients are listed.
OPTIONAL
index The DHCP server lease table index.
Note If not specified, the complete DHCP server lease table
will be shown.
