index Insertion position in the list. REQUIRED
newurl Definition of the new URL filter. OPTIONAL
action Action to perform when URL matches URL.
Choose between:
> block
> accept
> redirect.
REQUIRED
redirect The redirection URL.
Note This parameter is only required when the action is redirect .
