8.2.3 File Transfer of Maintenance Information Using the show tech-support
Command
When transferring the maintenance information file to the remote operation terminal
or a remote host, use the
show tech-support command.
(1) Transmission of the Maintenance Information File to the Remote Operation Terminal or
a Remote Host.

Specify Host Name of FTP Server. : ftpserver.Hitachi.co.jp
Specify User ID for FTP connections. : user1
