8.1 Acquisition of failure information
The information when a failure occurs can be collected altogether using a show
tech-support command. The command can also transfer the collected failure
information to a specified ftp server (see Subsection 8.2.3, “File Transfer of
Maintenance Information Using the show tech-support Command”). The information
collected using the command is shown in the table below.
