Inspection of Multicast Information
If the route information does not exist despite the reception of a multicast packet,
you must inspect the neighbor device information and the IGMP group information
which have been obtained by the own router. The inspection procedure is shown
below.
Step 1.
Log in to this router from the device management terminal.
Step 2.
In accordance with Table 7-22 and Table 7-23 below, inspect the neighbor
device information and the IGMP group information which have been
obtained by the own router. For details of the commands in these tables,
see GR2000 Operations Commands, Vol. 2.
Step 1.
A problem is judged to exist in the functions below that are set to the
interface in which communication is not possible when the route
information of an interface in which a communication failure has occurred
