Confirm that the Interface Name Specified in the Configuration Definition by the “show
dhcp lease” (Indication of the DHCP Client Lease Information) Command is Present.
If this command cannot be executed (the command response message says “No such
dhcp command”), this device’s DHCP client demon has not been actuated. For the
actuation procedure, refer to Configuration Guide,
dhcp-client (DHCP client
information).
Confirm the Statistics Information by Using the show dhcp client statistics Command
(Indication of the DHCP Client Statistics Information)
Confirm the numbers for interface state (state), transmission packet (Send Packet)
and receiving packet (Receive Packet).
If this command cannot be executed this device’s DHCP client demon has not been
actuated.
For the actuation procedure, refer to GR2000 Configuration Commands, Vol. 1, DHCP
server information.
