Cause
Tried to print from Roll 2 (Lower) but no paper roll has been loaded.
What to Do
Tap Load paper on the touch screen, and then load the paper roll and print.
Loading the Lower Roll on the Roll Unit (Option)

• To stop printing, tap Cancel or Stop on the touch screen.
