2 Select 1 to add a new user. The new user menu will appear. Default values are shown in
Figure 13-5 below.

Enter Item Number, ?-Help, S-Save, Q-Quit:
3 Enter a password using 7 to 16 characters and select Enter.
Note: Use only numbers from 0 to 9 and lower or upper case letters A to Z, to create the
password.
4 Enter the required information in the 2,3, and 4 fields on the menu and enter S to save. The
system displays a confirmation message, as shown in
Figure 13-6 .

Security Key Management
To set up the system’s keys, proceed as follows:
1 Type SECURITY at the prompt. The System Key Management window appears. The System
Key Management window is used to set up, save, and update the Master Key and Pass Key.
The Master Key requires a 20 - 28 character password, and the Pass Key must be set to 16
characters only (alphanumeric).
Note: You may create your own alphanumeric scheme.
