1 Remove all wiring connectors (green) from the pump control I/O board located in the front of
the card cage. This will prevent any damage to the PCBs if wiring is incorrect. Ensure that
connectors are not touching any metal surfaces.
2 Turn on the breakers for all pumps and/or dispensers.
Do not turn on the AC power for the SC, monitor, checkpoint, profit point, and so on.
WARNING
3 Turn the AC power and battery power switches, in the PCU located in the upper righthand
corner of the power supply, to the ON position (up).
AC power is present on the terminal blocks. Electrical shock may occur if the operator
comes in contact with these connections.
WARNING
4 Place the system override switch for Hose 1 in the MAN (manual) position.
5 Turn on Hose 1. After completing reset, the hose should be able to dispense product.
6 Turn on all other hoses. No other hoses besides 1 should activate.
7 Turn off all hoses.
8 Place the system override switch, for Hose 1 in the ON position.
9 Repeat steps 4 through 8 for all remaining hoses. Substitute the hose number being tested for
hose 1 until all hoses have been tested.
10 Replace all connectors and reassemble.
