The CTOG-250 provides the following interfaces for use in standard operations:

Traffic Interfaces:

• (5X) IEEE 802.3ab 10/100/1000 Gigabit Ethernet (GigE) RJ-45 Data Traffic Interfaces:

(1X) for WAN traffic

(2X) for LAN traffic

o

(1X) (EXPO-NET1) to pass traffic coming back from the remote sites when in

BPM (Bridge Point-to-Multipoint) mode

o

(RESERVED FOR FUTURE USE)

(1X) (EXP-NET2) for Expansion traffic

Management Interfaces:

• (1X) IEEE 802.3ab 10/100/1000 Gigabit Ethernet (GigE) RJ-45 Interface, labeled

MGMT-1, intended for CTOG-250 HTTP and SNMP management and control purposes

(Web and SNMP).

(RESERVED FOR FUTURE USE)

(1X) IEEE 802.3ab 10/100/1000 Gigabit Ethernet (GigE)

RJ-45 Interface, labeled MGMT-2, intended for future IPMI (Intelligent Platform

Management Interface) LAN operations.

• (1X) DB-9M EIA-232 connector, intended for operation of the CTOG-250 Serial Interface.
