The CTOG-250 provides the following interfaces for use in standard operations:
Traffic Interfaces:
• (5X) IEEE 802.3ab 10/100/1000 Gigabit Ethernet (GigE) RJ-45 Data Traffic Interfaces:
o
(1X) for WAN traffic
o
(2X) for LAN traffic
o
(1X) (EXPO-NET1) to pass traffic coming back from the remote sites when in
BPM (Bridge Point-to-Multipoint) mode
o
(RESERVED FOR FUTURE USE)
(1X) (EXP-NET2) for Expansion traffic
Management Interfaces:
• (1X) IEEE 802.3ab 10/100/1000 Gigabit Ethernet (GigE) RJ-45 Interface, labeled
MGMT-1, intended for CTOG-250 HTTP and SNMP management and control purposes
(Web and SNMP).
•
(RESERVED FOR FUTURE USE)
(1X) IEEE 802.3ab 10/100/1000 Gigabit Ethernet (GigE)
RJ-45 Interface, labeled MGMT-2, intended for future IPMI (Intelligent Platform
Management Interface) LAN operations.
• (1X) DB-9M EIA-232 connector, intended for operation of the CTOG-250 Serial Interface.
