Memory Interface Connections

Figure 61 shows the connections for the serial memory interface. The figure shows

connections to a a flash memory device. The 49.9 Ohm series resistors are not generally

needed, and can be omitted. The 100k Ohm pulldown on MISO can also be omitted.

Transformer Connections

Figure 62 shows the connections for the communications transformer. The figure shows

connections for both the FT-X2 Communication Transformer and the FT-X3 Communications

Transformer. Your PCBA would include only an FT-X2 or an FT-X3. The capacitors C19

and C20 are generally not needed to pass EMC testing, and can be omitted.

I/O and Network Connections

Figure 63 shows the basic I/O connections and the network connections. The figure does not

show external I/O devices, and thus does not include pull-up or pull-down resistors for the
