• If an error occurs, the judgment output becomes error. Also, the edge check
output becomes off. (When Normal Open is set)
• When [GTE] is displayed, all the judgment output becomes OFF for output protection.
• When an error is displayed, the analog voltage output is fixed to 5.5 V and
analog current output is fixed to 3.0 mA.
