232 Chapter 7 Using the Node View
You can also connect one knot to another by Shift-clicking. This is a more convenient
method to use if the two knots you want to connect are far away from one another in
the Node View.
To connect one node to another by Shift-clicking:
1 Select the first node you want to connect.
2 Move the pointer over the second node you want to connect so that the knot is visible,
then Shift-click the knot to connect both nodes together.
You can also use this technique to connect a group of nodes to a single multi-input
node, such as the MultiLayer, MultiPlane, or Select node.
