The attached device has successfully connected to
the switch and is ready to communicate or is in the
process of communicating with other attached
devices. As long as the port remains in the online
state, the green/blue port LED remains illuminated.
Note that on the actual port in the unit, the
green/blue LED blinks when there is active Fibre
Channel traffic through the port.

The switch port was configured as “blocked” and is
transmitting the Fibre Channel OLS to the attached
device.
