Field Description
adjacencyDown Number of times that OSPF adjacencies have gone down
adjacencyUp Number of times that OSPF adjacencies have been formed
authError Number of packets discarded due to OSPF authentication errors
Interpretation:
■
A non-zero value is bad and means that packets from some
OSPF routers are being discarded due to authentication
errors.
This statistic is incremented under the following circumstances:
■
If the OSPF packet authentication type is something other
than simple password (i.e., cryptographic authentication is
not supported in the current implementation).
■
If the OSPF packet contains a password but the interface
does not have a password configured.
■
If the OSPF packet has a simple password that does not
match the password defined for the OSPF interface.

computed
lsaXsumError Number of LSA checksum errors that were detected
