ments of the respective application.
Brakes on servo motors usually only operate as a holding brake.
The necessary dynamic braking torque must be tested in order to guar-
antee an E-STOP function. If a holding brake meets the dynamic require-
ments, the fact that this application will cause increased wear must be
taken into account.
