Stromspar-Funktionen
Um den Stromverbrauch vom Akku so gering wie
möglich zu halten, ist dieser Camerarecorder mit zwei
Stromspar-Funktionen ausgestattet:
1. Automatische Stromspar-Funktion
(nachstehend erklärt)
2. Anti-Bodenaufnahme-Funktion 74)
Vor der Benutzung dieser Funktionen sicherstellen, daß
der LCO-Monitor vollständig geschlossen ist, denn bei
geöffnetem LCD-Monitor können diese Funktionen nicht
ausgeiöst werden.
Wenn Sie diese beiden Funktionen benutzen möchten,
stellen Sie den Schalter [POWER SAVE] auf [ON], so
daß die Anzeige [APS] O Sucher erscheint.
([APS] ist die Abkürzung für Auto Power Save
(Automatisches Stromsparen).)
Die Einstellung des Schalters [POWER SAVE] ab Fabrik
ist [OFF].
1. Benutzen der automatischen
Stromspar-Funktion
Diese Funktion wird nur dann ausgelöst, wenn der
Camerarecorder im Aufnahmepause-Modus ist, und Sie
ihn aus der normalen horizontalen Aufnahmestellung @
um mehr als 70® o und für mehr als ein paar Sekunden
nach unten schwenken.
Beim Auslösen dieser Funktion schaltet sich der Sucher
aus, und die Anzeigelampe [VCR] blinkt.
■ Erneutes Aufnehmen
Wenn Sie den Camerarecorder wieder in ungefähr
horizontale Position O anheben, schaltet er wieder auf
den Aufnahmepause-Modus um. Zum Aufnahmen der
nächsten Szene die Start-ZStop-Taste drücken.
■ Ausschalten der automatischen
Stromspar-Funktion
Den Schalter [POWER SAVE] auf [OFF] stellen, so daß
die Anzeige [APS] im Sucher verschwindet.
Dadurch wird auch die Anti-Bodenaufnahme-Funktion
(-> 74) ausgeschaltet.

Using the Power Save
Functions
To ensure economical use of electric power from your
Battery, this Movie Camera is equipped with two Power
Save Functions:
1. Auto Power Save Function (explained i3elow)
2. Anti-Ground Recording Function (•> 74).
Before using these functions, make sure that the LCD
Monitor is completely closed, (while the LCD Monitor is
open, these functions do not become activated.)
If you want to use these functions, set the [POWER
SAVE] Switch to [ON] so that the [APS] Indication 0
appears in the Rnder.
([APS] means Auto Power Save.)
The initial setting of the [POWER SAVE] Switch is [OFF].
1. Using the Auto Power Save Function
This function becomes activated only when the Movie
Camera is in the Recording Pause Mode and you tilt the
Movie Camera from the normal horizontal recording
position 0 downwards by more than about 70® 0 for
more than a few seconds. *
When this function becomes activated, the Finder turns
off and the [VCR] Lamp flashes.
■ Resuming Recording
When you return the Movie Camera to a roughly
horizontal position 0, the Movie Camera is again in the
Recording Pause Mpde. Press the Start/Stop Button to
restart recording.
■ Cancelling the Auto Power Save
Function
Set the [POWER SAVE] Switch to [OFF] so that the
[APS] Indication disappears in the Finder.
This also cancels the Anti-Ground Recording Function.
