Hervorheben des
Bildgegenstandes vor
unscharfem Hintergrund
(Aufnahme-Modus Porträt)
Im Modus Porträt? wird die Blende automatisch voll
geöffnet, wodurch die Schärfentiefe sehr gering wird.
Dies hat zur Folge, daß der Bildgegenstand in der
Bildmitte scharf, der Hintergrund {und eventueH auch der
extreme Vordergrund) jedoch unscharf abgebildet wird.

Die Taste [PROGRAMME AE]
wiederholt drücken, bis die Anzeige
[ MD 1 LCD-Monitor erscheint.
•Durch Meranzoomen des Biidgegehstandes
(durch Drücken des Zoomhebels [W* T] gegen
[T]) wird die Unscharfe des Hintergrundes noch
weiter verstärkt.
■ Ausschalten des Aufnahme-Modus
Porträt
Die Taste [PROGRAMME AE] wiederholt drücken, bis
die Anzeige [AUTO] auf dem LCD-Monitor erscheint.

Schwachlicht)
Mit diesem Modus lassen sich schwach beleuchtete
Motive heller aufnehmen. Wenn dieser Modus jedoch für
Außenaufnahmen unter Tageslicht benutzt wird, ist das
Ergebnis praktisch gleich wie im normalen
Aufnahmemodus:

Making Your Subject Stand
out Sharply from the
Background (Portrait Mode)
In the Portrait Mode, the iris is automatically set to the
maximum aperture for a very small depth-of-field. This
gives you a sharply focused subject in the centre of the
picture with a blurred background and foreground.

Press the [PROGRAMME AE] Button
repeatedly until the [¿^] Indication
appears on the LCD Monitor.
•Zooming in on the subject by pushing the [W - T]
Zoom Lever towardsm increases the blurring of
the background.
■ Canceiling the Portrait Mode
Press the [PROGRAMME AE] Button repeatedly until the
[AUTO] Indication appears on the LCD Monitor.
Recording Dark Scenes More
Brightly (Low Light Mode)
With this function, you can record dimly lit subjects more
brightly. However, even if you use this mode for outdoor
recording in the daytime, the result will be practically the
same as when recording in the normal mode.
