This command is used to set the value of the coin and bill pulses that are
connected to the interface board at the entrance of the carwash. To select this
command scroll through the Cash Upgrades sub-menu until "Set Coin/Bill
Values" appears and then press [ENTER].
Example to set coins as $0.50 and bills as $5.00:
