d. Type the IP address or DNS host name of the trap recipient (SNMP management workstation)
in the associated Trap Recipient field.
Use 64 or fewer alphanumeric characters. HP recommends using the IP address.

e. Type a decimal user datagram protocol (UDP) port number in the associated UDP Port
Number field.
(This number is commonly 162.)

Click the Enable Snmp Agent check box to enable the agent on this director.

Click the Enable Authorization Traps check box to enable authorization trap messages to be sent
to SNMP management stations when unauthorized stations try to access SNMP information from
the director.

Click the Fibre Alliance MIB Version list to select the Fibre Alliance MIB version supported on the
director.
5.
Click Activate to save the information and close the dialog box.
