List of servers, printer queues, printer models, devices, or serial numbers
Lists servers, printer queues, printer models or printers tracked since HP Access Control (HP AC) Job
Accounting installation. Before launching this query, choose servers, printer queues, printer models, serial
numbers, or printers in the pull-down menu. This query informs you of the date when the device was used
and therefore declared in HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting, as well as the supported options (such
as color or duplex). By default, all printers used since HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting installation
are included.
Total number of printed pages for the top n servers, printer queues, printer models, printers, or serial
numbers
Lists the first n servers, printer queues, printer models, printers, or serial numbers on which the greatest
number of pages was printed. Before launching this query, choose servers, printer queues, printer models,
serial numbers, or printers in the pull-down menu. This query examines the total number of printed pages,
color-printed pages, duplex-printed pages, and printed sheets. By default, this query provides the 10 printers
on which the greatest number of pages was printed since HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting
installation. This list is part of your print system audit, and allows you to target print volume per server or per
printer, and to highlight peaks as well as bottlenecks.
Total number of printed documents for the top n servers, printer queues, printer models, printers, or
serial numbers
Lists the first n servers, printer queues, printer models, printers, or serial numbers on which the greatest
number of documents was printed. Before launching this query, choose servers, printer queues, printer

Total number of duplex-printed pages for the top n servers, printer queues, printer models, printers, or
serial numbers
Lists the first n servers, printer queues, printer models, printers, or serial numbers on which the greatest
number of pages were printed in duplex mode. Before launching this query, choose servers, printer queues,
printer models, printers, and serial numbers in the pull-down menu. Both short-side and long-side printing is
considered in this query. By default, this query provides the 10 printers on which the greatest number of
pages was printed since HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting installation. It also provides the total
number of printed pages. This list is part of your print system audit, and allows you to verify whether a
duplex printer is being properly used.

serial numbers
Lists the first n servers, printer queues, printer models, printers, or serial numbers on which the greatest
number of pages were printed in color mode. Before launching this query, choose servers, printer queues,
printer models, printers, and serial numbers in the pull-down menu. By default, this query provides the 10
printers on which the greatest number of pages was printed since HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting
installation. It also provides the total number of printed pages, as well as the total number of duplex-printed
