13 Report management
13.1 Report management page
Click Summary Report on the HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting remote control to access the Report
Management page:

Through the Report Management page, you can quickly generate comprehensive, all-encompassing reports
to illustrate print usage. Since reports have only a few, basic settings, they are much more convenient and
easier to run than full queries. Reports can be manually run at any time, or can be scheduled to occur either
weekly or monthly.
After a report has been requested and compiled, it can be saved in Adobe Acrobat (PDF), Microsoft Excel
(.xls), or Microsoft Word (.doc) format and can be automatically forwarded through email to a designated
individual.
13.1.1 Create a report
To create a report:
1.
In the field Name of the report, enter the name you wish to appear on the title page of the report.
2.
Choose a month from the Month of the report dropdown menu.
NOTE:
Reports contain data from a three-month period ending on the requested month.
