12.3 Viewing schedule parameters

By keeping your mouse cursor on the Modify icon, all details related to your query schedule and the
Schedule Parameters page appears and offers the following options:

The name you gave to the query (or its default name).

All details concerning its schedule frequency, such as if it is launched only once or regularly, how often,

and for how long. If the Once frequency appears in these details without any other parameter, it means

that no schedule is specified for this query.

To modify the query parameters or schedule, see the Modify parameters section of this guide.

12.4 Display results

You can display your results by clicking on one icon in the Result display or Other display types columns.
These columns are part of the query table, which you access by clicking the Queries in progress icon in the

HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting remote control.
Using the icons in these columns, you will be able to display your results in a table or a spreadsheet. To

display your results in a spreadsheet or a chart, Excel must be installed on your machine. When sending

results by email, only the results in the spreadsheet format are sent. Your results recipients should have

Excel installed on their machine.

NOTE:

If Microsoft Excel is not installed on the system, the icon will not appear.
