2. At the top of the screen, click Distribution lists.

3. Enter a name for the list in the Name field. All existing individual email addresses appear in the Email
address field.
TIP: You can enter up to 127 characters, symbols, and figures.
4. To create a list, select an email address. To select more than one address, hold down the Ctrl and Shift
keys while selecting.
5. Click the Go icon to accept the list creation, or the Cancel icon to reject it and stop the operation.
5.20.2 Modify a list
To modify a Distribution list, complete the following steps:
1. Check the box to select the Distribution list you want to modify.
