This page lists all currencies defined in HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting and provides their acronym.
These currencies may be used in HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting to display costs for elements such
as printers, media, or jobs.
A currency will ultimately express a cost associated with a given printer. Each time a new cost is entered by
an HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting administrator, the default currency for this cost is the same as
the currency associated with the current administrator. You can modify the currency, which is attached by
default to each HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting user and administrator in the User options. For
more information, see the HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting user options section of this guide.
HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting contains the following default currencies:
● US dollar
● European Euro
● British pound
NOTE: You may delete any currency, as long as it has not been used to express a cost.
5.5.1 Add a currency
Forms of currency are entered in Add a currency. To add a currency, complete the following steps:
