11.3.15 Printing for the last...

This option enables you to define a time interval in days, months or years, during which documents were

printed. The last interval day is always the day, when you are launching your query. By default, all documents

printed up to the current date are included. This parameter appears only if you select the Time Lapse

parameter.

11.3.16 First n...

This option enables you to define the maximum number of a query parameter (such as user, printer, or

printer model). The default value in this field is 10. This parameter does not affect all queries.

11.3.17 Number of printed pages

Sets a limit (greater than, less than, or equal) regarding the number of printed pages. By default, all

documents printed since HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting installation are included.

11.3.18 Printing cost

Sets a limit (greater than, less than, or equal) to the actual printing cost (not the fixed cost). By default, all

documents printed since the HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting installation are included.

CAUTION:

The decimal symbol is a period (.).

11.3.19 Currency

Enables you to choose your cost currency in the pull-down menu. The default currency is the currency

defined in the user options. For more information on user options, see the HP Access Control (HP AC) Job

Accounting user options section of this guide.

11.4 Schedule queries

From this page, you can perform the following actions:

Change the way you launch queries to obtain more correct and precise results, by benefiting from all

updates. These updates, for optimization and performance reasons, are not all executed in real time.

You can also change the way queries are launched so that you do not overload your server.

Plan your query so that it is launched regularly (such as every week or every month).

You can reach the schedule page by clicking Schedule. The following prompt appears:
