12 Query results

After a query is launched, the statistics related to that query are pulled from the database. The information is

retrieved and transmitted back to the HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting administrator or user in

various display formats (such as a chart, table, or spreadsheet) available for each query.
The statistical reports generated by launching queries are referred to as “results.” Each query result,

whatever its format, contains:

The query name

The date and time the query was launched

Parameters

The number of pages if the spreadsheet or table contains more than one page

The level of detail you will obtain in your query results depends on the printers managed by HP Access

Control (HP AC) Job Accounting, particularly on the printer model, its sophistication level, and the

communication language (PCL 5, 5e, 6).
You can modify the display of your query results by hiding some parameters. For more information, see the

Modify the display section of this guide.
You can also change the number of lines displayed in your lists. For more information, see the HP Access

Control (HP AC) Job Accounting user options section of this guide.

12.1 Query table

To obtain the list of the queries you launched or queries in progress and access their results, click Queries in

progress in the HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting remote control. All launched queries are displayed

in a table containing several columns:

NOTE:

You can only view queries attached to your HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting account.

This table lists the type, status, and schedule of your queries, the date and time when they were launched,

the date and time when the result was obtained, and various ways to display their results.
The date format in the charts and in the query table is the format defined in your regional settings. To modify

this format, see the HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting user options section of this guide.
