7 Viewing the print server
This HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting function allows you to view the organization of your print
system—all HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting print server and all printers linked to each HP Access
Control (HP AC) Job Accounting print server tracked by HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting. This module
also automatically corrects print job errors and only tracks actual output.
Click Print organization in the HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting remote control panel:

This page is divided into two parts:
The left lists all print servers. Click the printer name in this column will display all individual printers
connected to that server on the right.
On the right are all printers managed by the print server selected on the left. If you click on another print
server, the printer list and the server name on the right will dynamically change.
The following icons may appear on this page:
When displayed in the Status column, this indicates the HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting print
server is currently running. The Duplex or Color columns show if the printer is capable of duplex or color
printing.
The Status column shows that the HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting print server is not installed;
and is also used to indicate simplex or black and white printers.
Indicates that the HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting is unable to determine the printer's duplex or
color capabilities, and should be manually configured by the user.
7.1 Print servers
Print servers are displayed on the left side of the screen. These servers appear in the order in which they
were created in HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting.
Click a print server in this column, and all printers managed by this server will be listed in the right column.
This list provides the printer’s local name, port name, driver name, and all available functionalists for each
