HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting
administration
Use the HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting Administration page to add, delete, or modify HP Access
Control (HP AC) Job Accounting functions and parameters. HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting
administration is divided into two parts:

The HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting administrator assigns and configures individual accounts;
including HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting accounts, currencies used in the application, and
email system.
●
The HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting administrator defines the costs and prices (such as
printers and media), which will affect query results.
This chapter focuses on all issues regarding HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting print server, accounts,
currencies, active directory, the email system, and printer templates. All administration operations will be
performed from this menu.
NOTE:
The Administration menu only appears in the HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting remote
control if you have Administrator rights.
Access the Administration screen by clicking Administration on the HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting
remote control, as shown in the figure below:
