that collects and stores all information regarding printing.
HP ACJOB ACCOUNTING IPA
HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting In Printer Agent. A module used to track device usage with an agent embedded
in the device. The HP ACJOB ACCOUNTING IPA Configuration Application can be used to discover and configure the
agents.
HP ACJOB ACCOUNTING PRINT SYSTEM
HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting Print System. The core feature of HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting
that consists of the HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting Database Server, the HP Access Control (HP AC) Job
Accounting Web Server, and the HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting Print Server.

plotter

port
An interface on a computer through which peripheral devices connect.
print server
A computer on a network that manages one or more printers connected to the network. Any user connected to a
network can print by sending their job to the print server.
printer template
A feature of HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting that allows you to define the associated costs and prices
associated with a particular model of printer and then apply those same settings to any printer recognized by the HP
Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting print server. This not only saves time but also allows for quick and easy updates
from a single, centralized interface.
