1. Select a query.
2. Click the Parameterized mode icon.

11.2.5 Edit results
The various fields (parameters) in this page depend on the query launched. For more information on these
parameters, see the Parameterize queries section, below.
The buttons along the top enable you to:
● Schedule your query by clicking Schedule. For more information, see the Schedule queries section of
this guide.
● Launch your query by clicking Go after having parameterized or scheduled your query. For more
information, see the Display results section of this guide.
11.3 Parameterize queries
This page lists parameters used to limit your search scope, to obtain a more precise result that is closer to
your search objectives. If no parameters are defined, the query will utilize default values.
CAUTION: If you use the default launching mode, only the default parameters will be considered. If no Start
Date and Start time are specified, the data queried encompasses all documents printed since HP Access
Control (HP AC) Job Accounting installation. If no End Date and End Time are specified, the data queried
encompasses all documents printed until the most recent date (the current date/hour).
