19.7.1 Add a report
Use the Add a report page to upload a .rdl file from the report server database.

1. Enter the name of the .rdl file to upload, or click Browse to locate the file.
2. Enter name of the file as it will appear in the report server namespace. This field is automatically filled
when a file is selected with the Browse function.
3. Enter report Description.
4. Select the Overwrite item if exists check box if you want to replace an existing item with a newer
version. To overwrite an existing version, the name of the new item and the existing item must be an
exact match.
TIP: Only reports and models are published during a file upload. All other file types are stored as
resources. The folder from which you initiate the upload operation is the folder that will contain the
uploaded file.
5. Click the Go icon to proceed, or the Cancel icon to quit.
