5. Give a name to the fields of the profile and specify their data type and their input type.
Possible data types:

Numeric
● Text
● Date (day/month/year or month/day/year)
● True/False
Possible input types:
●
Free (free input in the field when the popup window appears)
● List (predefined list of values)
● Fixed (a value can be fixed by default)
NOTE: The names of the fields must be different. You cannot choose the input type for Boolean.
6. Click the Go icon to accept the information, or the Cancel icon to stop the operation.
14.2 Modify profile structure
You can change the structure of an allocation profile only if it has not been linked to a printed job. Otherwise,
the structure cannot be modified.
