1. Click Allocation in the HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting remote control.
2. Click Job Allocation.

From this screen, you can use the following filters:
● User (Windows login)
● Document name
● Profile name
● Print server
● Printer
● Allocated (Billed) job (Indifferent/Yes/No)
● Allocation information (Indifferent/Yes/No)
In addition, you can specify a date range when the related jobs were printed. The resulting list of printed jobs
can then be linked to an allocation profile after the following page appears:

The above example shows a job that is not billed and not linked to an allocation profile. To link this job to an
allocation profile, use the following steps:
