11.2 HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting queries
The New Query page can be accessed by clicking New Query on the HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting
remote control.

This page is divided into three main areas:
● The query navigation bar at the top of the page.
● The query types in the middle of the page.
● The task icons at the bottom of the page.
The query navigation bar allows queries to be initiated on:
● Users who have printed at least once since HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting installation.
● Printers that have processed at least one print job since HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting
installation.
● Cost Centers that have been defined and assigned (to printers or users) by the administrator.
● Printing costs generated by the end users or by the printers in your print system.
● Printer options, or the frequency of use per user or per printer of the various printing modes: duplex,
color, and Economode.
● Allocation information stored in the database.
Click the appropriate icon to choose the type of query you would like to perform. The list of all queries related
to this theme appears within the general display window. A description of each query type is provided in the
following section.
