Enable Xerox Standard Accounting

At your Workstation

1.

Open your Web browser and enter the TCP/IP address of the machine in the Address bar. Press
[Enter].

Click the [Properties] tab.

3.

Enter the Administrator User name and password if prompted. The default is [admin] and [1111].

4.

Select the [Accounting] link.

5.

Select the [Xerox Standard Accounting] link.

6.

The first time you use XSA, you must log in with the administrator user name and password. The
default is [admin] and [1111].

7.

Click the [Manage Accounting] button.

8.

Click the [Enable Accounting] button.

NOTE: The "Enabling Accounting will require a user account to use the machine..." pop up box will
appear. Click OK to close the box.

When you enable XSA, users must enter a valid user name at the machine to access any features.

Continue on to the next steps to create a new group account.
