Authentication Off (if available)
At your Workstation:
1.
Open your Web browser and enter the TCP/IP address of the machine in the Address or Location field.
Press [Enter].
2.
Click the [Properties] tab.
3.
Enter the Administrator User name and password if prompted. The default is [admin] and [1111].
4.
Select the symbol to the left of [Security].
5.
Select [Authentication Configuration].
6.
Select Authentication Disabled (if available) on the Authentication Configuration dialog. Note:
Disabling Authentication (if this setting is available) is not a secure setting. A more secure method to
control access to the device is to assign Local Authentication as stated in that topic in this
Authentication section. To preclude tampering with the Tools dialog on the device's User Interface,
some form of authentication, such as Locally on the Device, should at least be maintained for the
Administrator.
All installed optional features are now accessible to everyone.
