MINIMUM EbNo OF REMOTE MODEM = 5.0dB
MAXIMUM PERMITTED POWER INCREASE = 9dB

On the top line, to edit the Target Eb/No of the remote modem, use the [

][] arrow keys to

select a digit, then edit the value of that digit using the [

][] arrow keys. The default value is 3.0

dB; the upper limit is 14.9 dB.

On the bottom line, to edit the maximum permitted increase in power level when in AUPC mode,
use the [

][] arrow keys to select a digit, then edit the value of that digit using the [][] arrow

keys. The default value is 1dB; the upper limit is 9 dB.

Press [ENT] when done.

MAX TX PWR ACTION = NONE (NONE, TX-ALM)
REM DEMOD UNLOCK ACT = NOM-PWR (NOM,MAX)

On the top line, to determine the action that will occur if the AUPC causes the maximum output
power level to be reached, select None or Tx Alarm using the [

][] arrow keys.

On the bottom line, to determine the action that will occur if the remote demod is unlocked, using
the [

][] arrow keys. The choices are:

NOM-PWR

(Nominal Power)

The output level will revert to the nominal power level set under Manual.

MAX-PWR

(Maximum Power)

The output level will change to the maximum permitted.
